ALCO Forming Machine Type AFM 250
Applications: The Alco Forming-Machine, type AFM 250, is used for forming and portioning a homogenous product under low pressure. Depending on the chosen system the machine can produce different formed products like Hamburgers as well as round and cylindrical products like meat balls with its diaphragm system. The product is loaded into a hopper and then fed very gently via screws to the forming or diaphragm head.
The drive of the machine is equipped with a gear motor and the desired quantity of products can easy be adjusted by a crank mechanism. Due to the compact and sanitary design of the machine it can be cleaned easily in a short time. No product can penetrate the machine and all screws and forming heads can simply be disassembled.
Product examples: Hamburger, meat balls, nuggets, croquettes, waffles, and YOUR PRODUCT.

ALCO Forming Machine Type AFM
Applications: The Alco Forming-Machine, type AFM, is used for forming and portioning of different products utilizing a molding plate system. Several options enable forming a large variety of products. The product is delivered to a hopper of approx. 270 liters and fed to the filling passage by augers. Due to the newly developed filling system the product is transferred to the molding plate very accurately.
The Alco Forming-Machine AFM is equipped with a PLC and is operated via an operating panel on a swiveling arm. All process parameters can be adjusted for each individual product. These programs can be stored or loaded from the program list. The base of the machine is sealed so easy cleaning is a guarantee. All electric and hydraulic components are concealed inside the machine.
Product examples: Hamburger, meat balls, croquettes, breakfast potatoes, nuggets as well as other meat, fish, poultry, potatoes, vegetable, cheese and mixtures of various contents etc. and of course YOUR PRODUCT.
