
Scansteel Grinders
SCANSTEEL Food Grinders are available in five sizes from 200 mm to a 550 mm knife set. The grinders range from final grinders for sausage production to grinders for frozen meat blocks. Bone grinding is also available.
SCANSTEEL Food Grinders are designed for a range of applications within the meat industry; for the ability to grind products such as frozen and fresh meat in a gentle and non-smearing manner. The SCANSTEEL grinders range from grinders for final grind for hamburgers and even finer minced meat, to tough applications for grinding up frozen blocks without prebreaking them and special grinders for bone grinding.
SCANSTEEL grinders have many optional layouts for special hoppers, feed screws, linings, and they can be supplied with a range of additional equipment for double knife sets, agitators in the hopper, bone elimination systems and much more.

The SCANSTEEL Food Grinders come in five sizes:
Model SS200G can be supplied for fresh meat grinding and fat grinding.
Model SS250G can be supplied for fresh meat grinding, fat grinding, and bone grinding.
Model SS300G can be supplied for fresh meat grinding of pre-broken frozen meat blocks, fat grinding, and bone grinding.
Model SS400G can be supplied for fresh meat grinding, grinding of frozen meat blocks, fat grinding, and bone grinding.
Model SS550G can be supplied for fresh meat grinding, frozen meat grinding, fat grinding, and bone grinding.
The motor power and the capacity of the Grinder vary in accordance with the material being ground, the temperature of the product and the final hole plate size.
