UMAG Raw Material Processing
The so-called "unclean" part of the process covers handling and preparation of raw materials like animal by-products or fallen stock. Our scope of supply and production capacity comprise raw products troughs, all material conveyors, crushing systems for the required particle size as specified as well as metal detection. According to the customer's choice of quality, machinery is manufactured in carbon/standard steel or stainless steel. The large dimensioned wall thickness guarantees a long life expectancy of the process equipment. UMAG's closed raw material troughs comply with hygiene and environmental protection requirements. The trough lids are hydraulically powered.
Waste water from the raw material reception in collected in specially designed tanks and sterilized in accordance to legal regulations.
